'शिक्षणहक्क कायदा २००९' अंतर्गत ६ ते १४ वयोगटातील सर्व मुला-मुलींना 'मोफत व सक्तीचे शिक्षण' मिळण्याची सोय करण्यात आलेली असली तरी प्रत्यक्षात याची गरज असलेल्या मुलांपर्यंत व त्यांच्या पालकांपर्यंत ही माहिती पोचलेली नाही. त्यामुळे, हा कायदा होऊन तीन वर्षे झाली तरी आपल्या आजूबाजूला कित्येक शालाबाह्य मुले आढळून येतात. अशी मुले शोधून, त्यांच्या पालकांशी बोलून, जवळच्या शाळेत प्रवेश मिळवून देने गरजेचे आहे. आम्ही "Education on Wheel" ह्या उपक्रमाद्वारे शालाबाह्य मुलांना शाळेत पाठवणे, मुलांना शाळेची आवड निर्माण करणे, समाजात शिक्षणाविषयी जागृती निर्माण करणे आणि मुले शाळेत येऊ शकत नसतील तर शालेतील शिक्षण मुलांपर्यंत पोहोचविन्याचे काम करत आहे....
